Bon Secours Mercy Health Celebrates Chief Marketing Officer Sandra Mackey Honored with Vision & Excellence Award
Bon Secours Mercy Health’s Chief Marketing Officer, Sandra Mackey, has been named as the 2025 recipient of the prestigious John A. Eudes Vision & Excellence Award, presented by Greystone.Net.
The award honors individuals who exemplify visionary leadership, bold innovation, and a deep commitment to excellence in health care marketing. Mackey will be recognized at the Healthcare Internet Conference (HCIC) on Nov. 9, 2025.
Since joining BSMH in 2017, Mackey has led transformative marketing, communications and consumer engagement strategies across the ministry. Her work is rooted in authentic connection, storytelling and a passion for making health care more accessible and engaging.
Under her leadership, the ministry has launched innovative tools, including conversational AI, to guide patients to appropriate care settings and enhance their experience.
Mackey’s strategic vision and heartfelt approach have not only shaped BSMH’s brand but have also inspired health care marketers nationwide. “I was drawn to Bon Secours Mercy Health because it allows me to bring together two of my greatest passions — my spirituality and lifelong love of God, and dedication to engaging people through authentic connections,” Mackey says.
