Staci’s expertise in physician group leadership spans private practice as well as non-profit and for-profit health care systems. She believes in the power of team-based care models to improve outcomes, increase efficiency and deliver high-quality care to the communities BSMH serves.

Vision & Passion

My health care journey began in a faith-based health system, and when I had the opportunity to join Mercy Health, now Bon Secours Mercy Health, I immediately felt the deep mission-driven culture. Here, we are truly called to serve, and I am fortunate to be part of an organization that values both its people and the communities we care for.
