Rebecca Lenz is the Chief Care Delivery Officer for Bon Secours Mercy Health, providing strategic oversight and integration of both clinical and operational support functions. She is responsible for driving care delivery transformation, standardized practices within operational support services, and enhancing care models to achieve high-quality patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and alignment with organizational goals. Her role ensures the delivery of cohesive, efficient, and patient-centered services by fostering cross-functional collaboration, promoting innovation, and implementing sustainable systems that support scalable growth and exceptional care standards.
Since joining the health system in February 2018 as Vice President of Operations for Provider Networks, Rebecca has been instrumental in advancing the integration of both clinical and operational support functions to drive care delivery transformation for BSMH, which spans four states and five local health systems.
Prior to her tenure at Bon Secours Mercy Health, Rebecca dedicated 20 years to Catholic Health Initiatives in Iowa, where she held various positions, including Director of Revenue Integrity.
Rebecca is committed to innovative care models, such as telemedicine, to improve access and quality of care. She championed the development and implementation of the system-wide BSMH tele-psych program.
