Patricia Davis-Hagens has served as president of Bon Secours Hampton Roads market since October 2021. With approximately 5,000 employees, Bon Secours Hampton Roads in Virginia is the second largest of four competitive health systems in this seven-city region of nearly 1.7 million people.  

Patricia is responsible for the market’s care delivery network, which includes four hospitals — Bon Secours Harbour View Medical Center in Suffolk, Bon Secours Mary Immaculate Hospital in Newport News, Bon Secours Maryview Medical Center in Portsmouth and Bon Secours Southampton Medical Center in Franklin. In addition, the network has 16 primary care practices, 25 specialty care practices, 20 physical therapy and sports performance centers and one ambulatory care center. Key service lines are bariatrics, orthopedics, cardiology and oncology. 

Prior to her role with Bon Secours Hampton Roads, Davis-Hagens was president of The Jewish Hospital — Mercy Health in Cincinnati, OH, part of Bon Secours Mercy Health. She has served the Bon Secours Mercy Health ministry for more than 15 years, focusing on compassionate, quality patient care and efficient, effective operations.  

Previously, she spent 20 years with Provena Covenant Medical Center in Illinois, where she served in various leadership roles.
