
Jerome (Jerry) Judd serves as senior vice president of treasury for Bon Secours Mercy Health, one of the nation’s largest health care systems with $14 billion in net operating revenue and 47 hospitals across multiple states and Ireland. In this role, he oversees strategic balance sheet management for the system, including the investment programs, retirement plan assets, treasury operations and debt structure. He is responsible for asset allocation and management of the investment programs, including operating, foundation, captive insurance, and pension funds. Additionally, he manages the ministry’s external debt, investor relations, rating agency and credit provider relationships, ensuring responsible financial stewardship across the ministry.
Jerry has dedicated the majority of his career to Catholic health care finance. He joined Mercy Health 22 years ago after serving as vice president of treasury services for Catholic Health Initiatives and Sisters of Charity Health Systems. He began his career as an auditor with Arthur Andersen LLP, developing a strong foundation in financial oversight and strategy.

I have spent the bulk of my professional career working in Catholic health care. After 13 years with Catholic Health Initiatives, I joined Mercy Health to be closer to family.
