Jean Haynes, RN, MBA, serves as the chief population health & community health officer for Bon Secours Mercy Health and the president of Health Select Services. In these roles, she leads efforts to improve health outcomes, enhance access to care and advance value-based health care initiatives. She is also responsible for developing and executing population health improvement strategies that drive better patient care, stronger provider collaboration and reduced health care costs across the health system.
With over 35 years of leadership experience spanning health care delivery, managed care and insurance operations, Jean is a driving force in advancing population health. Her expertise fuels initiatives that enhance healthcare delivery, foster growth, and create meaningful, measurable impacts for the communities we serve. She has a proven track record of transforming population health models to improve clinical efficiency and patient well-being.
She is passionate about leveraging data, technology, and partnerships to advance team-based care models and expand access to high-quality, coordinated care for all — particularly for underserved populations.
