Edmund Siy serves as chief information and technology officer for Bon Secours Mercy Health. In this role, he is responsible for the overall information technology strategy and operations across the ministry’s seven-state footprint, including oversight of cybersecurity, artificial intelligence deployment and clinical informatics. 

Edmund brings more than 20 years of experience spanning health care and media & entertainment. Prior to joining Bon Secours Mercy Health in 2025, he served as senior vice president and chief digital and information officer for Hunterdon Health in New Jersey. Before that, he spent over eight years at Mercy, a national Catholic health system based in Missouri, where he led business transformation initiatives aligning technology capabilities with care delivery and quality strategies. Edmund’s career began at Time Warner (now Warner Bros. Discovery), where he spent 15 years in technology leadership across the company’s music, film and television divisions.
