Bon Secours Mercy Health (BSMH) Chief Digital Officer Jason Szczuka has been named one of the most innovative digital health care leaders in the nation by Becker’s Hospital Review.
“Chief digital officers are an emerging role for hospital IT teams and are taking on increasing importance as systems dive deep into digital transformation,” Becker’s said in its announcement.
The prestigious list recognizes 50 digital health care leaders who are responsible for boosting the patient experience, access to care and innovation within their health systems.
Jason joined BSMH in 2021 and is responsible for driving a patient-first digital strategy that extends quality care into a more convenient, connected and consistent experience. Earlier this year, Jason and his team launched Accrete Health Partners, a strategic and innovative holding company that aligns and unifies our digital health services, investments and partnerships. Accrete added to its portfolio through the acquisition of Nordic Consulting Partners in late May, creating a strong competitive advantage for BSMH as it expands its digital footprint.
