Bon Secours Mercy Health is one of 53 employers honored with the Business Group on Health’s Best Employers Award: Excellence in Health & Well-being This national recognition celebrates organizations that go above and beyond to create innovative, inclusive programs that support the whole person.

Now in its 20th year, the award was announced at the Business Group on Health’s 2025 Annual Conference in Nashville. BSMH was recognized for its comprehensive approaches to mental health, flexibility, family care, financial wellness and more.

The award criteria assess applicants on their approaches to leadership, culture and well-being strategy, holistic well-being, health inclusion and social determinants, and metrics and evaluation.
