Ronda Lehman, PharmD, MBA, FACHE, serves as President of Mercy Health — Lima, part of Bon Secours Mercy Health, one of the 20 largest health systems in the United States. She is dedicated to advancing the system’s mission by improving quality and expanding access to care, particularly for underserved populations.
Ronda’s journey with Mercy Health began in 1995 as a pharmacy intern. Over the years, she has held a variety of leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer for Mercy Health Physicians. Since assuming her current position in 2019 as the Market President at Mercy Health St. Rita’s, she has focused on strengthening patient care services, fostering community partnerships, and enhancing health care delivery for our region. Ronda is highly involved in the community in a variety of ways, and St. Rita’s has always played a critical role in addressing our community’s fundamental health needs. In 2024, Mercy Health St. Rita’s opened a newly renovated inpatient behavioral health unit – the only facility in the 10-county area. Ronda is personally committed to providing mental health care in this community and improving access to mental health resources.
For Ronda, health care is more than a profession — it is a calling. She is grateful each day for the opportunity to serve those in need and align with a legacy of compassionate care.
