As Chief Ventures Officer at Bon Secours Mercy Health, Jason Siegert is responsible for driving organizational performance through strategic partnerships, acquisitions, investments, and operational innovation. He leads efforts to enhance shared services, clinical operations, and care delivery models, playing a key role in advancing growth strategies and fostering a more agile, innovative culture to better serve our patients and communities.
Jason joined Bon Secours Mercy Health in 2018 as the ministry’s first Chief Analytics Officer. In this role, he focused on leveraging data to improve transparency and drive measurable improvements in health care delivery. His leadership in building the organization’s analytics capabilities laid the groundwork for strategic, data-informed initiatives that continue to shape system-wide performance. In 2020, he transitioned to Chief Transformation Officer, collaborating with executive leaders to execute a portfolio of ministry-wide initiatives.
Jason’s professional experience spans executive leadership, finance, mergers and acquisitions, and health care operations. Prior to joining Bon Secours Mercy Health, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Angel MedFlight Worldwide Air Ambulance Services in Scottsdale, Arizona, where he continues to serve on the Board of Directors. He also held leadership roles at Health Management Associates, where he played a key role in the company’s strategic initiatives, including its sale to Community Health Systems. Additionally, Jason has served on numerous for-profit and non-profit boards.
